I often describe grief as a monster that sweeps into your life, destroys everything then demands you clean it up. Grief is a monster.
Healing from grief is possible but not inevitable. Time is said to heal all wounds but that simply isn't true. Grief must be approached directly but with a healthy respect for its power. |
The path out of grief is the tincture of time combined with love and compassion toward yourself.
I have been with many who are grieving the loss of a child, a marriage, a job, health or any number tragedies. It would be a privilege to walk with you during your season of grief. |
