$125/Hour - Fifty Minute Session

I have experienced how powerful it is to have another look into your pain-filled eyes and tell you I see you and I am in this with you. It is deeply healing to be seen, heard and known. And it is my honor to sit with you in whatever you are going through and help you grow in connecting, listening, trusting and loving yourself.

In my early 20’s I graduated with a psychology degree from the University of Maryland. I knew I wanted to learn more about the intersection of spirituality and psychology so I packed my few belongings and bought a one way ticket to Seattle to attend The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Upon graduating I moved to the midwest where I’ve been working in private practice for the past two decades helping clients find hope, freedom and peace.

Through the Sacred Life approach, these are just some of the ways I work with clients:

Explore and heal barriers (shame, fear, unprocessed grief) preventing the love you desire to give and receive.

Practices to get you out of your head and more connected to the inner wisdom of your body, heart and soul.

Growth in self awareness and open hearted curiosity about ways you struggle to face truth and speak truth, courageously and compassionately, to yourself and others.

Exploring, growing and healing spiritually, including ways you have been spiritually wounded.

In addition, I walk with clients experiencing the overwhelming impact of a partner, family member or loved one struggling with integrity issues.

Being seen, heard, and known is deeply healing in itself. Understanding and breaking down barriers to living out love, wisdom, and integrity more freely help us foster deeper connection with ourselves and others, ultimately leading to greater inner peace.

Whether you are going through a dark season or wanting to grow in love, wisdom and integrity, you are not alone. We are relational people and can not thrive in isolation. As much as we have been wounded in relationships, it is through healing relationships that we can find solace. Reach out today and find hope.
