BASIC TRAINING
Hey, I’m Reb and you have been invited by a friend to find out more about my Basic Training groups for men.
It is dangerous for a man to stop training his mind. When he does, his thoughts wander from the good path and all sorts of bad habits and poor behaviors resurface.
You are, first and foremost, your thoughts. Your thoughts are a present moment snapshot formed from a lifetime of experiences. Everything you say and do comes to you first as a thought.
If you want to transform your life for the better, you must first transform your mind. With a few daily practices you can learn to move the energy of your thoughts away from negativity toward stronger, wiser thoughts that, over time, will produce positive, life-changing results.
The Basic Training group will meet five times and cover the following topics:

5 Meetings - Once Every Two Weeks On A Monday or Tuesday Evening (which ever works best for group)
1.5 Hour Meetings
Text Checkins With Reb On Off Weeks

If you miss a meeting there will be a 15 minute make up call
