Three Slow Breaths Exercise

A video will be posted soon illustrating this simple exercise but for now here are the written instructions.

STEP ONE

Close your eyes and place your left hand over your heart. Feel the warmth of your hand on your chest.

STEP TWO

Inhale at your normal rate while saying the word “Love” in your mind as you exhale.

STEP THREE

Inhale slower than the first breathe while saying the “Wisdom” in your mind as you exhale.

STEP FOUR

Inhale slower than the previous breathe while saying the word “Integrity” in your mind as you exhale.

That’s it! You have now created a Sacred Space in your day wherever you are and whatever you are doing.
