What Heals Us?

As obvious as this might sound it is healing actions that heal not talking about healing. 

After my divorce I didn’t go on a date for five years. Then one day I made a conscious decision to open my heart. I literally said to myself, “I’m going to open my heart to dating again.” 

A few weeks later I was at a friend’s party and in walks a beautiful lady carrying a charcuterie board. I was hungry and felt like chatting so I walked over. I kid you not, as soon as we started talking I felt a flutter in my heart. We talked a lot that night and then a couple weeks later I finally asked her on a date. We’ve been dating for almost a year now. She has healed my heart in so many ways.

What heals us? An open heart, being vulnerable, and choosing to live with love, wisdom, and integrity. Every action we take will either heal or harm.

My work focuses on helping clients create healing experiences and then experimenting with them in their real lives.
