HEALING THROUGH ACTION

Talk therapy can easily become too much talk and too little action. Let’s disrupt this pattern and make healing through action primary and talking about your problems secondary.

You are healed as you move out of being stuck and into healthy, intentional living. Your time in therapy should be spent talking about what you are doing to solve your big life problems, what is working, and what is not working. This will naturally lead you to the next right steps.

Therapy can best serve you by holding you accountable to the changes you say you want in your life.

OPEN YOUR HEART

The beginning of all good change starts with an open heart. Why? If you don’t have an open heart, you will be blind to your problems and deaf to the truth.

Until you are willing to be vulnerable, you will remain isolated and alone unable to see the dangers all around and the hands extended ready to help.

Every day with every interaction you choose to have an open or closed heart. If you want to heal your heart, mend your relationships, and find inner peace, it all starts with an open heart.

LOVE. WISDOM. INTEGRITY.

Choosing to live with love, wisdom, and integrity is cheaper than rehab, jail, and divorce. It is also healing. Knowing this will not transform you. Knowledge is just information until it is put into practice in your real life. Experiencing the power that comes from living with love, wisdom, and integrity will transform you.

What To Expect

As we begin working together I will ask you to do three things:

  1. Start a Sacred Space practice in the morning every day

  2. Commit to living with more love, wisdom, and integrity

  3. Take action to achieve the changes you say you want in your life

New Book Coming Fall 2025

“It was neither psychological theories nor theological doctrines that ultimately rescued me from myself, my past, my wounds, and my old self-sabotaging stories. What transformed me were actual healing experiences. When I have experienced love from another person, it has healed me. When I have experienced the love of God in the form of a miracle, it has healed me. Knowledge is necessary but never sufficient. What you know in your mind must be experienced in your real life and real relationships or it will remain just an idea, powerless and pregnant with possibility. Ideas inform, but it is our experiences that transform.”

Experiencing Divorce?

You Can Make It Through This

Divorce is one of the most devastating experiences anyone can face. For most people, divorce is a violent, traumatizing, destructive storm that brings devastation to everything and everyone it touches. No one is spared from the suffering. Not kids. Not parents. Not friends and family. It is a suffering akin to death and the worst way to go through it is alone.

When it comes to describing divorce I use the metaphor of a storm. Couples are either entering a storm, in the midst of a storm, or coming out of a storm.

I provide a space for anyone Experiencing Divorce to feel safe and seen. I will help you use your pain and suffering to deepen your wisdom and heal emotional wounds from your past so you may become stronger, wiser, and more compassionate.
